Last year I received an email from International Card Services saying that I could now use their website to manage payments on my Visa card, so I signed up.

When the time came around to settle my bill I logged into my account but the site wouldn't let me pay, after a few calls to their service desk with no resolution I ended up cancelling my online account and went back to the old payment method.

This week I received an email from them again, this time informing me that it was now mandatory and I had 21 days to activate my account.

This morning I tried to do this, I filled in all the information required and hit the submit button, this action cleared all the fields and returned me back to square one.

I once more filled in all the information required and hit the submit button, and got the error message that my card nuimber was not one of their cards.

I've applied to my bank for a mastercard and am cancelling this piece of shit visa card.
