Lent

Lent starts today, I'm totally non-religious but my missus has persuaded me that I have to give something up for lent. I said chocolate and whisky but apparently you have to give up something that you like and actually normally consume. So I'm giving up bread for lent - I might lose some weight.

I'm also going to try and start dandering again. At least one hour walk every other day.
