Cold & Frosty

Well the frost is back and the temp has dipped to -3 degC once more. Luckily I had a project to do today so was able to work from home. I'll have to brave the cold conditions tomorrow in order to get to the office in Amsterdam.

All this cold has also put a dampener on my good intentions of walking for 1 hour every other day. I'm sticking to my diet though through the week.
