Lent Walking Regime Day 17,18 & 19

The folks are over and we've had a trip out to Essen in Germany so I've missed a day walking ( I got tempted into the pub early by my Dad) Friday I walked 13.80 km and Sunday was a mere 8.67 km

I'm still off the bread though.
