Finally

Well the England team finally pulled thier collective finger out and played like a team and got the result we needed. Bring on the Germans on Sunday and hopefully we'll get a 5-1 result again :-)

My walking regime has stalled again, I'll hopefully kickstart it with a vengence on Monday.
